OsoriBada Terms of Service
Terms for the private OsoriBada desktop publishing tool that uses YouTube API Services.
These Terms apply to the private OsoriBada desktop publishing tool. The tool is operated and used only by the owner of the OsoriBada YouTube channel. It is not a public or commercial software service.
Permitted use
The tool may be used only to publish and manage content on YouTube accounts that the operator owns or is authorized to manage. It must not be used to access another person's account, bypass platform controls, manipulate engagement, spam users, or violate applicable law or platform policy.
Content responsibility
The operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos, audio, images, captions, titles, descriptions, and other materials are owned, properly licensed, or otherwise lawfully usable. The operator is also responsible for reviewing each publishing package before upload.
YouTube and Google terms
The tool uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth 2.0. Its use is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy.
Access, suspension, and termination
The operator may stop using the tool, delete locally stored credentials, or revoke Google access at any time. Google or YouTube may limit, suspend, or terminate API access under their terms and policies. The tool must not be used after authorization has been revoked.
No warranty
The tool is provided for the operator's internal use without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Publishing actions must be reviewed because API responses, network conditions, and platform behavior can change.
