OsoriBada Privacy Policy
Privacy policy for the private OsoriBada desktop publishing tool and its use of Google and YouTube API Services.
This Privacy Policy explains how the private OsoriBada desktop publishing tool accesses, uses, stores, and deletes Google user data. The tool is used only by the owner of the OsoriBada YouTube channel and is not available to the public.
Google user data accessed
After the channel owner grants access through Google OAuth 2.0, the tool may access only the data needed to publish and verify the owner's YouTube content:
- Basic channel and account identification needed to confirm the authorized channel.
- The owner's video metadata, thumbnails, captions, and playlist information.
- Permission to upload videos and captions and to update metadata, thumbnails, and playlist placement.
How the data is used
Google user data is used only to perform actions initiated by the channel owner: upload a video, set its metadata and thumbnail, add it to a playlist, upload caption tracks, and verify the result. The tool does not use Google user data for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, surveillance, or training generalized AI models.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and publishing configuration are stored locally on the channel owner's device. The tool does not operate a public user database and does not transfer OAuth tokens or private YouTube data to an external application server. Reasonable device and file access controls are used to protect locally stored credentials.
Sharing and disclosure
Google user data is not sold, rented, shared with advertisers, or disclosed to independent third parties. Data may be processed by Google and YouTube as necessary to provide their API Services under their own terms and policies.
Retention and deletion
Locally stored OAuth credentials and cached publishing data are retained only while needed to operate the private tool. The channel owner can delete the local credential and configuration files at any time. Access can also be revoked from the Google Account third-party connections page. After revocation or local deletion, the tool can no longer access the account unless the owner authorizes it again.
Limited Use compliance
OsoriBada's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Children and public users
The tool is not offered to children or other public users. It supports one adult channel owner and has no public registration or account-sharing feature.
